I'm very proud of the Be Brasil work because we achieved so much with such a small team. On the creative side, there was only me as a Creative Director / Designer, a Copywriter and 2 animators. I did everything from the concepting, to the illustrations, animations, website and print material at the space.
Six massive screens told the stories behind some of the biggest Brazilian innovations.
We created seven animated films combining vivid imagery with beautiful stories to demonstrate how Brazil became one of the biggest players in sustainable development.
An interactive experience took visitors on a trip across 12 cities in Brazil that hosted the World Cup.
The 360º interactive videos showed a different angle of these iconic cities and invited visitors to fly over them by simply stepping in front of the screens, spreading their arms and flying away. By turning to the sides users could pan left or right and by lifting and lowering their arms they could go up or down.
The 2nd floor was dedicated to tastings and events. Premium Brazilian wines and cachaças were served along with traditional delicacies while talks and live pocket shows happened throughout the day.
Meanwhile, the basement turned into a pop-up store bringing exclusive products and collections from some of Brazil's most famous designers.
The website was the calling card for this experience, so the design had to bring the richness of the event to the world wide web.
